It is CREE-Ative Structures’ vision to design construct and operate a permanent, well run Emergency Evacuee Residences project that is designed to meet the needs and support the betterment of evacuated First Nation people in Northern Ontario in a cost-effective manner. The Emergency Evacuee Residences service offering will be unique in Canada as it will be specially designed and delivered to meet the needs of affected First Nation communities who have been displaced by natural disasters and infrastructure failures.
Currently our proposed project for the Timmins Ontario region is in the pre-development stage which will enable us to determine to construct our project. Our project’s objective is to deliver safe, high quality and comfortable accommodations for families in a culturally supportive environment in a cost-effective manner. CREE-Ative will operate the Residences project with the support of our host community and governments.
CREE-Ative Structures and Nomodic Modular Structures have formed a business relationship to provide high quality, custom-designed prefabricated housing and infrastructure facilities for communities in Ontario. Nomodic Modular Structures provides architectural design and engineering, project management, and site execution to enable CREE-Ative Structures to deliver a full turnkey housing and building products. Our contribution includes joint selection of contractors and delivery of transferrable knowledge and skills for community members during the installation of houses and community buildings. The training and capacity building with First Nation members and communities continues to be part of the building blocks of our company!
